I think: Fairy Council, Clearleaf Forest and Bog of Murk.

I may have missed out on a few but those are all I can remember.

There were some piranhas in the marshy area of the first part of TFC.

Bog of Murk, Clearleaf Forest, and...I'm gonna guess that there are piranhas in the sea in the first part of the Summit Beyond the Clouds.

At the end of part 2 of Gong Heights, their are several pairs of eyes which are floating unprotected in the air. They can be killed by punching them several times.
