Number 1. The word "currently" gives it all away.

It's been a long time since this thread was touched. At the time, number 1 would actually be correct. Now these days, number 1 is now actually true (FIfo's RR guide) while number 2 is the fake now (since some of the threads were already made).
Ah well, guess I should make a new one.
