So apparently Fable 3 is ready to be released already in the holiday 2010. This surprises me and... makes me mildly sceptical. (I thought Molyneux was busy with project Natal. Anyway. No reason you can't do many things at once.)
So apparently you play the child of your Fable 2 hero, who has become a king/queen and then... dies or something. And then you have to take over as the king/queen and do royal stuff and rule and whatnot.
I also read somewhere that by 2017 we'll see the launch of Fable 5 (so obviously a Fable 4 has to come out at some point before that), but I don't have this from a reliable source. If it's true though, I'm not sure about what to think. It's mostly funny because I'll be 24 by that time.

Yeah the ps2 is still awesome.... and they still make games for it

Because it survived pretty well on the beggining of the millenium as I think it also has a great catalogue.

Yeah, I researched it. It turns out I got the idea of an I/O chip in my head through unknown means. Maybe I need to see a psychiatrist.

I've discussed this here before. In the dream thread, I think it was...

Indeed; it seems to me almost as though they got MGS: Peace Walker and MGS: Rising's platforms mixed up...

Precisely, and seeing as they had to cut down MGS4 in order to make it fit on a 50GB Blu-ray disc, I wonder how they intend to get Rising onto a 360 dvd...

I hope they'll develop the PS3 version first (with no consideration for the Xbox 360's limitations), then deal with porting it to the 360 afterwards. That's what Square-Enix are doing with FFXII.

Did you mean FFXIII?
Anyway, there's something I got really excited for today, just because of the name.
Capcom has recently trademarked the following name: "Okamiden"!
Does it remind you of anything?
Yeah, that's right, sounds a lot like "Okami", huh?

You know, that awesome game that everyone, including me, loved?
The awesome game that Clover Studios made? Clover Studios... from
Capcom? =D
There are two things that make me a bit sad though, and that is that Okami's creators left Capcom. Clover Studios is now PlatinumGames. But Capcom still owns Okami. I hope they don't ruin Okami. IF they are making a sequel/prequel to Okami, that is. The other thing is the name. "Okamiden" means "The Legend of Okami". What a stupid name.
I'm still really looking forward to seeing more of this though.

This made my day. 8D But I think "The Legend of Okami" sounds too much like "The Legend of Zelda".

Never played a Spyro game. And Rayman4321, if you have a PS2 or a Wii, you ought to play Okami. It's awesome.

The Okamiden debut trailer!
Here's a scan from Famitsu with some screens. The right screen must be Hana Valley.
This is Chibiterasu! Isn't she adorable?

You're not reading the "miserable 30-something bloke who only likes GTA" type of review are you?

Yes.
Sony has announced that they're releasing a
God of War Collection for PS3, which will contain improved versions of God of War I and II on a single disc, both running in 720p and 60fps. With anti-aliasing. And they're adding Trophies. Hopefully we'll be seeing many more compilations like this in the future. An ICO Collection, a Metal Gear Collection, a Kingdom Hearts Collection, a Final Fantasy Collection, a Jak & Daxter Collection, a Ratchet & Clank Collection, a Grand Theft Auto Collection, the possibilites are endless...
