Same here, I never heard of it. It can apparently be caused by many things such as iron deficiencies or being celiac. I have no idea why but my nails always grew weirdly.

The only thing i can link celiac to is a gluten-free diet, so I assume it's either you eat gluten or not enough foods with iron in that case.

Precisely that. I don't know if I have a gluten intolerance though. I have been tested and to came back as normal in terms of iron.

Yeah it's something I never heard of either, but it's all down to determining what might be the root cause. I still wonder about the whole gluten thing given my stomach issues, but that will take ruling out I suppose.

You'd probably have to go on a gluten-free diet for a little while then to determine if you have celiac disease.
