Well I’m not aware of unobtainable gems in that level. You may be right though I’m not gonna act like I know everything. The answer I was looking for was that the room with the heart of the world in it is lit blue instead of red. We’ll just move on to a different question.

Perhaps Voodoo Mama / Big Mamma and "Fée de la Mort"? That name definitely refers to the same character, but it was revealed in Rayman Jungle Run, not Origins.

dr_st has the answer I was looking for. Maybe I could have specified better but while I did say the nymphs from Rayman Origins I did not say that the two names were both used in the same game. Voodoo Mama and Fée De la Mort are indeed two names referring to the same character.

Ray Plumber?

As far as unlocking characters via obtaining lums, Ray Plumber seems to be correct in the versions where he is present. In other versions, where there is no Ray Plumber, the third one in the Heroes gallery is Red Globox.

However, technically, you can choose to rescue the princesses first (Barbara, Elysia, Aurora), so I think in theory it can be almost any one of these...

I guess I didn’t think that one through all that well. I’ll give the point to Jonster for being the first to provide an answer that is technically correct. Though red Globox was who I had in mind.
