I suggested that some time back but, is Polokus really higher-ranked than Rayman? Rayman is the central forefronted character (who also has many powers), after all.

I've heard that dude is called 'Art Rytus', but I'm not entirely sure. Maybe it changes during versions.

The third doctor is known as Garatta, Anna Lyse and Art Rytus as far as I know, although none of these names are explicitly mentioned anywhere in the game.
