Draggos and Gollems where introduced in 3.8.0.
All updates after that just mention 'minor bugfixes and improvements'.

You may know something specific that was introduced in 3.9.x, but if it is not documented anywhere, then I would have to play the game to find it, and I don't have a working setup where I could install it at the moment.
