RPC had favicon since I joined and I assume it was there even long before I joined.

I'm pretty sure the Favicon was recent, I can recollect when I just saw an average page icon.

This means it might have been there before, however i just noticed it. Anyway, it seems like IExplorer tricked me and showed a shit IE logo instead of the favicon. Fuck.
