Incorrect. I did get a code with Majora's Mask.

Edit: I guess January 20th is just for America

Majora's Mask as well as Monster Hunter 4 did NOT come with Club Nintendo codes in the U.S., as well as the new 3DS.

I also think it's insanely unfair OCG got 2 skullkid statutes when it was clearly a fuckup on Nintendo's part. :I

So yes, Imco is right, no Club Nintendo codes for us in America, even after buying 3 products from Nintendo in one day.

I hope it at least convinces you to get Majora's Mask mate, one of the best games of all time.

Anyways I need to ask why are so many people upset over the Zelda U delay? I mean putting Haruka's wallet reason aside... the game quite honestly, looked like a barren wasteland, very pretty, but not much going on, I hope Aonuma really takes his time with this instead of rushing it. I was getting legitimately worried by it, so I'm very happy they're taking there time. Especially since Star Fox, Splatoon, and Xenoblade Chronicles are expected this year.

I agree with you Rayfist, delay was for the best.

Also guys, I would be very much thankful if all people that have Tumblr could reblog this:

I don't have Tumblr but I will do my best to spread this everywhere I can. This is very important for my friend and I would thank from bottom of my heart to all people who share this further.

I'm just hyped for Mario Party 10 and Splatoon. I could care less for Zelda and I don't give a dang ol' darn about Xenoshit.

Mario Party 10 is already out, it was shunned for being mediocre, but I won't stop you from enjoying it. The whole 'lol Xenoblade is shit' joke is getting kind of repetitive, just saying.

No offense to Johnny but this really is a little childish he's expecting an immediate response from Sakurai, he comes off as very childish. I'm sorry he went through hard times in his life, but man he needs to stop acting like Sakurai is his bud. :|
This part especially bothered me:
Segagogo wrote:"P.S. I’d love for you to follow me and send me over a direct message via Twitter if you don’t mind as a way of letting me know that you got my letter, it would be a much quicker way of knowing that you got it."
I highly doubt Sakurai is a tumblr poster, and he's coming off as like "Sakurai you owe me for all these years" in addition, incredibly messy writing.
I feel bad for him but I'm annoyed at the same time, you can tell he's very much expecting a response from Sakurai. I wish him the best of luck in life...
Segagogo wrote:I’ve been trying to contact you for months now. I’ve read your weekly Famitsu columns, I’ve kept up with many online gaming based articles, and I’ve simply been keeping an eye on you for months and or practically over a year now at the time of writing.
Maybe he could have worded it better but this is borderline creepy obsession/stalking. I love Michel Ancel's work, he's helped me through rough times, but it isn't my dying wish to meet him asap. If he were ever hanging around town or something I'd love to say hi, but to actually go as far as to seeing where Sakurai's whereabouts are is just creepy.

I'm not trying to be a dick I've talked to Johnny before and he's nice but this is just going a little far, I want to help him with whatever he needs help with but seriously.

He actually sent that letter few months ago in physical format to Namco Bandai in hopes of getting it forwarded to Sakurai so it's not like he is expecting immediate response now. Few months passed. Since Namco didn't forward it it seems, this is alternative way.

If Namco doesn't forward it, I don't think Tumblr of all things will get the message across either, lol.

Anyways, new Project M update. Some of the stages they added are REALLY fucking impressive, including a new Sunshine stage. And a Saffron city stage for the Pokemon fans here.

And for those of you who bitched about Project M having flat stages only, they're including a flat alternative similar to Smash 4.

You can definetly tell Project M is aiming to appeal to the casual players as well now, so everyone hating on it really needs to shut up.

If you're a Smash fan there's no reason to hate Project M, it's trying not to single out the casual crowd, it'd be nicer if more people gave it a chance but sadly a lot of people frown upon it for trivial reasons.

I believe I've been over this in the fake Rayman DLC topic. I don't hate on the game because of the game (in fact I never played it), I hate on the game because of the idea, which is pretty much this : "Fuck Brawl and fuck Sakurai and his idea and his years of game development to make what he thinks is a good game. Brawl is shit because there's no wave-dashing. I hate Brawl. It's not Melee. And because Sakurai is shit and Brawl is shit, I will now hack Brawl and make it more like Melee. Every hardcore gam3r agrees with me anyway. Fuck the casuals. They don't know shit about good games. Lol Sakurai is such a shitty casual." Or something along those lines. The whole premice of it wanted to single out the casual community. So I think it's kinda sad that they want to incorporate them now, because there have been a game specially created to cater to the casual audience. It's called Brawl.

They've made it so clear this isn't the case, they aim to please those who enjoyed the Melee physics and gameplay the most. It really, REALLY bothers me. They are very nice offering us an alternative, wanna play normal Smash? Then just buy Brawl or Smash 4. It's a totally harmless alternative. I'm pretty sure a lot of people in the dev team really like Smash 4 as well. There's no doubt they have iffy fans who have this mentality but a lot of them are totally harmless.
Pirez wrote:The whole premice of it wanted to single out the casual community.
This honestly isn't critique anymore, now that flat stages are offered as an alt, if you don't want to play competitively, Project M will allow that, that's what people don't seem to realise.
Pirez wrote: So I think it's kinda sad that they want to incorporate them now, because there have been a game specially created to cater to the casual audience. It's called Brawl.
So what? They should remove them so you guys can complain more about how Project M isn't casual friendly? There's no pleasing any of you I swear.
If they leave these options in "Oh look Project M is trying to rip off Brawl." If they leave it out "Project M is very anti-casual I hate it."

More= better, in my book, and I see no harm in adding more, Brawl is always still there. I still like Brawl but I really love Project M a lot more, you're making it out to be like they're villains who are against Sakurai, this isn't the case.

Yeah, an alternative to Brawl that is "just like Melee". There's a game like that : it's called Melee. You know, that game who run just okay on a Wii because it's retrocompatible.

They can say all they want that their intent was not to shame Brawl because it's not Melee, my fickle judgmental brain won't buy it.

Or.... They could just be fans of Brawl and Melee and just want to give the player a melee experience again.

Sure, they can go and play Melee, but what's wrong with Project M? Snake wasn't in Melee was he? Neither was any of the other newcomers. Maybe we want that Melee experience with these new characters, or maybe we want to experience these new stages. With that logic you may as well say, why play Smash 4 when you can play Brawl? Both are the same in terms of competitiveness (forget tripping). We all have our reasons. Why did I want to play Project M? I wanted a spiritual sequel to Melee, only with new stages and loads of new characters. It's no different in comparison to Brawl and Smash 4. Why did I buy Smash 4? Because I wanted a spiritual sequel. Sure I won't like it as much as Melee, but I'll still enjoy the hell out of it.

I'm astounded by the amount of hate Project M has got simply because these people are offering a different experience, you guys are acting like it shouldn't exist at all and it really is saddening. You guys shun the Project M community for making Smash 'unfun' and 'too competitive.' Some people really like that and I think it's totally understandable. It's nice to have an alternative.

When the dev team is saying they enjoy Smash 4 then why don't you see it? Honestly it blows my mind the way people view these devs.
