Well, I've never played the GC/Xbox version of Arena, and the PC version has the same skins as Rayman M, so... given your rephrased question, and what you said about the previous answers I'm gonna guess:
Rayman, Razorbeard, Tily, Razorwife?

Nope, your guess only has 3 characters that are correct. dr_st was closer since all 4 of the characters he guessed have skins in only that game.

Yes, that was the one character missing from your previous answer so you are correct! Globox, the Teensies, and both Henchman800 and Henchman1000 have skins in both M and Arena (NA), so that wouldn't have fit the question. Anyways...
