Rayman Pirate-Community

I've always heavily preferred surrealism in games over realism, nothing against realistic games as I'm guilty of enjoying some (GTA IV), however I enjoy surrealism a lot more because it's a really beautiful and chilling way for me to escape reality, hence why I'm playing BG&E lately. Seriously, DAT MUSIC, so beautiful.

@Spiral You before manifestated appreciation in Dali's paintings, the biggest name of Surrealism, while Giger is also a surrealist painter. It was easy to guess. I also like Dali's paintings. I think the fact I like Rayman's games isn't just the surrealism of its world, but also because I like fantasy worlds where everything imaginable is possible.

I was gonna post a picture of that Salvador-Dali-style melting Rayman head but this is the off-topic section so I'll leave it.

Since this is Off Topic thread, I was wondering can I add a suggestion for RPC? I think that it would be pretty cool if RPC had GuestBook.

Personally, no, the nature of RPC is such that the forums are the place for conversations, our profile pages are there merely to show us various statistics and point us to useful utilities regarding ourselves, having a comment page on our profiles would be rather silly.

Yeah I can't think of any reason where having such a feature would be meaningful. I can easily see them being a clutter of "GJ on <x>", "Happy Birthday" and pointless banter between 2 members which could easily be taken to PM, on the actual forums or elsewhere on the net.

I don't get it. Why do you want to have this "Error: Only logged in users can view profiles." message? It really doesn't make the profile any prettier to me.

Honestly I don't want that, it just ends up messy and confusing to me, plus there is already PMs for that.

I was going to mention the forum thing but I found it irrelevant since the suggestion OCG was trying to make anyway was clear enough.

In recent news: Capcom might die soon.
They have barely any money in the bank, and a lot of people are fearing they may go bankrupt. AW SHIT.

If they go bankrupt, it would be their own fault for treating their fans bad. They have no idea how we felt. If they didn't cancel Legends 3 and Universe, this problem today would not exist.
I am just glad Keiji is getting a lot donations and support from fans.
He should buy rights to Capcom franchises in future when he gets money anyways.

What I find hilarious is how Capcom's solution to this problem is putting MORE DLC. Really?

I love Capcom... and seeing them die out, while it doesn't make me happy, it wouldn't surprise me at the same time. I've talked to a Capcom employee in person, and while a really neat guy, his general personality seriously resembles the company. What Capcom has been doing to gamers for this generation isn't good, however if they do die out, we can't forget the old days, they made some of the BEST games, Street fighter III, Megaman, Devil May Cry, Dead Rising, etc.
Knowing Capcom though they may just go un-bankrupt by finding some way to sell there shit, unless.... it really does happen, we don't know. If this is so they better give Megaman to Nintendo.

Hm, Capcom, dead? For all their rubbish of late, that would be quite a blow in gaming history.

I think better idea would be to give Mega Man to Keiji since that ways Mega Man would be on both Nintendo and Sony consoles, and even Microsoft so everyone could play it. As for going bankrupt, we all need to remember Krome Studios. They went bankrupt in 2010 but they returned as an indie company in 2013 and made Ty The Tasmanian Tiger.
