Re: Rayman 3
Now that I've had a good coffee I can get my head straight about this.
According to the news page on London MCM Expo's website, they're going to have some of the Futurama cast round, and look who they've got:
http://www.londonexpo.com/2011/04/27/fu ... comic-con/
That's right, Billy West, who we all know did the voice of Rayman in the TV series and Murfy in Rayman 3/Arena. If this is all really set in stone, I am going to be absolutely TORN on what I should bring in to sign [provided I'm allowed to of course; people usually have to buy shit from media guests just to get a sign]. Only things are that 1) not sure what day they're gonna be there [I'll be there all 3 days though 2 of them I'm cosplaying] and 2) if Billy can even remember doing voice work for Rayman, as we remember from when Kelvin asked Carolyn Lawrence [Sandy Cheeks] if she did the voice of Betina in the first two episodes but couldn't remember.
This is gonna be so good...

Billy West for Futurama?
It would be great if you were able to have a talk with him.

Re: Rayman 3
I wonder if he will be involved in Rayman Origins. Ubisoft seems to like using him in Rayman products regardless of which characters are or aren’t in them; I would not be surprised if they found a place for him in this one.

Re: Rayman 3
Maybe.
I had a look at the MCM forums and apparently they are going to allow non-Futurama things to be signed - for me either my Rayman DVD, my copy of Rayman 3 or the original to one of my artworks with both Rayman and Murfy - though even so I'll have to pay...hopefully not too much.
About time we actually had some promising guests at the expo this time rather than actors from shitty sci-fis nobody watched.

Re: Rayman 3
Rayman's voice in the RO trailer sounds a lot like Billy West. Can't tell for sure, of course.
Re: Rayman 3
Wrong. I am more sure it is a mixture of David Gasman's gibberish sounds and also from Emmanuel Garijo. There is one that I am definitely sure it is from Emmanuel Garijo, for Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc's French version.
Re: Rayman 3
*BUMP! Sorry for double post*
I am terribly depressed because I wasn't able to get this epically rare Rayman item:
http://cgi.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 0566801372
At least the picture solves the mystery of "Hunch's Rayman 3 art book".
Too bad that no one in the forum knows more informations about the figure (Who manufactured? When and where it was sold?). (Do you have this figurine and box aswell Hunch?).

Re: Rayman 3
Wait, this year's his 15th anniversary?
I alway thought he debuted in 1995 so it should be counted from that year (and therefore it would be 16th year)... I am confused...

Re: Rayman 3

Re: Rayman 3

Re: Rayman 3
I was given this figurine, along with the box and the artbook, when I visited Ubi's studios in Paris after winning a fan contest in 2003, back when I was a moderator at RaymanZone. The figurine is not in a great condition after having fallen more than once and I don't think I still have the box, but I've still got one artbook. I had another one I received along with a signed poster for some reason I forgot, maybe for winning another contest or for being a moderator along with the free copy of Rayman 3, but I think I gave it away.Haruka wrote:Too bad that no one in the forum knows more informations about the figure (Who manufactured? In any case, Pix'n Love are selling it for a ridiculous price, as well as a huge Rabbid statue which is a little more expensive
Come to think about it, I have no idea where my artbook actually is...

Re: Rayman 3
Well I find it quite cheap for a limited edition figurine (I think only 500 of those were made).
