There's a place near the end of the Sanctuary of Rock and Lava, in the room with the giant nettle-filled moving walls.
For the second one, maybe when he lands in the hot air balloon at the end of the first section of the Iron Mountains? I know we were just talking about that recently…

Dang, I forgot about that one place in the Sanctuary of Rock and Lava! :o

Well in that case, I'm going to go with the cutscene at the Fairy Glade when Ly is freed and she gives him a silver lum (this one might be wrong) and in Whale Bay after Rayman flips the switch that frees Carmen. Not feeling confident about the first one though...

You know, I'm not going to accept the Iron Mountains spot just yet, because the word does not appear on screen, which I did not neglect to include in the question.

But you may amend your answer. :)

The second one is correct! The first one - he does say something like "Yay! Rayman!", but the message displayed is "YAHOOOOOO!"

There is (at least) one more place that has not been brought up so far. The point will go to whoever comes up with that one first.

Question 35: In Rayman 2 (PC/DC), mention two spots where Rayman goes "YEAH!" (and the message appears on screen) not following the defeat of an enemy.

I'm not sure about this, but I'll say a couple of "yeah!" I remember which weren't mentioned:
-In the echoing caves, right after activating the four switches in the first part.
-Right after being saved by Ly in The Crow's Nest.

When you collect all the lums in a level

In the tomb of the ancients secret room (where the 1000 lums are)

@DaveRattlehead - these are indeed places where Rayman goes "Yeah!" but the message is not displayed.
@Greengoop - these display "Yahoo!"

Seems like the question ended up being too specific... Sorry about that.

Since it's almost time to replace the question, I'll give one final hint, and see if someone can pick that up. The location I had in mind involves the breaking of a cage. :D

As it's a bit obscure, maybe it's after breaking the "hidden" jail in the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire?

I was supposed to write cage instead of jail . I'll merge this post with the previous one once you say it's right/wrong (you know, no editing).

All of them are hidden, but the "hidden" one is the cage which isn't that obvious because of the camera controls . When you're directing the plum shooting energy balls, you can get through a little corridor located on the wall. After climbing through some spider webs, you'll get to the cage in the top.

I'm just curious how many of these YEAH moments there are. It really makes me more keen to check out the games again and see all the tiny details, hehe.

I did forget about the one in the lava river in Stone and Fire though lol

Yes, that's the one! Actually, I just learned that if you break this cage while in mid-air, the "Yeah!" can be skipped!

Question 37: Name two sections in two different levels where the following tune plays in Rayman 2:

Bonus Question 1: The US and UK releases of Rayman 3 for the PC differ in packaging and box artwork. There are also differences in the content of the manual. List as many such differences as you can.

Bonus Question 3: In Rayman Raving Rabbids you can find a banner in the arena which may be considered a reference to a known Rayman compilation, and a painting in Rayman's "royalty jail cell" which parodies a famous painting. Describe both items.

This one is easier :D
-In the Sanctuary of Water and Ice, this sounds when you're sliding, right before facing Axel.
-In the Prison Ship, when you're flying with the shell.

Question 38: In Rayman 3 list 3 minigames where Globox appears, in any shape or form.
DaveRattlehead got 2 points in a row and should skip this question.

The Jonster is correct!

Globox appears as a target in Razoff Circus, as a friend in distress to be rescued on the final ship in Balloons and as Rayman's companion in Special Invaders.

And this means that we have reached the end of TTQ season 138! :teuf: :partyhat: :noelfou:

Final Scoreboard
The Jonster - 10 points - WINNER! - 500 Tings
DaveRattlehead - 8 points - 125 Tings
PluMGMK - 4 points + Bonus - 100 Tings

As for the bonus questions that went unanswered...

Bonus Question 1: The US and UK releases of Rayman 3 for the PC differ in packaging and box artwork. There are also differences in the content of the manual. For example: The story, character bios and descriptions of super powers have been largely rewritten. Also, Matuvus and Tribelles (US manual) are called Bo-Peeps and Heebie-Jeebies (UK manual).

Bonus Question 3: In Rayman Raving Rabbids you can find a banner in the arena which reads "Rayman Forever", and a painting in Rayman's "royalty jail cell", called "ceci n´est pas une carotte", which is a parody of the famous painting "ceci n´est pas une pipe" (this is not a pipe - it is an *image* of a pipe)

Now, we need a decision by The Jonster - whether to host TTQ Season 139. :D
