Same, I’d panic to pieces if I pulled a tooth out. Besides, how loose must it be if you’re able to pull it out accidentally?

I am sorry to hear that Fifo, I'm not autistic but I can understand, I have gender dysphoria and I too sometimes suffer a lot for things that people consider normal, and since few understand, I'm treated as if I'm the one in the wrong, when all I need is help and support
I hope you'll feel better soon
