Bonus Question 1: A number of Rayman PC bundles were released during the late 90s, including Rayman Gold, Rayman Forever, Rayman Collector, Rayman 100 Levels, & Rayman Compilation. Can you tell me which games were included in each of these bundles? I am not counting physcial extras or making of videos, etc. Closest and earliest answer wins.

I own physical copies of all of these actually, except 'Compilation'.
