- Neither did I expect such a sudden temperature drop after weeks of heat waves...
+ ...But at least the weather is actually suitable for human life, now!
Honestly considering the final heatwave was so tiring, I'm glad we had a sudden drop rather than a gradual change, I needed the change

+ This, I can't stand summer at all and so I'm always happy when everything changes suddenly into fall temperatures during late August!
- My body, unfortunately, disagrees and always uses that change as an excuse to fall sick

Ahh yeah that's fair, I have noticed I've been coughing a lot recently, and I wonder if it's the sudden change that's been doing it to me.
Yeah I suppose that makes sense, fall does mean the resumption of a lot of responsibilities, so I can see why it'd be associated with negative feelings.

- Same, and it's also the pollen allergy still being at it in my case, I basically have to be under medication for most of the year in the new place where I live!
- The medication weakens the immune system, meaning I can enjoy even more delightful flavors of all the micro-organisms nature can throw at me!

Well, you can relate it to that too, but normally it's because I feel lazy af when it gets colder
To be fair, when it gets obscenely warm I get pretty lethargic, so I can relate to that point. But I will also admit, when it's not too warm, that's when I'm at my peak when it comes to doing walks.
