Well, for example, there are pressure plates in the DOTK Doctor's Office where you can step to smash Hoodlums.

There is also the Armaguiddon cannon, but maybe you don't count it as being "Rayman" killing the enemy?

You can manipulate hoodlums’ shots/barriers so they kill each other instead!

Stomping on them with the Hoodstomper, if that counts.
