And damn, I really need that Artbook. I'm dying to see more Rayman Legends art.
Didn't you originally say that you are not interested in Collector's Edition because it is in French and that you don't care for extra content?
Bradandez wrote:I never said that! And I would never diss an artbook of Rayman Legends. You are liar and a scoundrel.
The French part is true though:

I knew there was some true about it

Sorry I got some parts wrong Brad it was last year so I forgot a bit and I am sorry that you missed your chance to get Collector Edition (although it was stated from the start that even if normal edition gets English translation that Collector wont). I searched on eBay and I found only this:

I never meant that I wouldn't buy it because it was in French. I was saying I would t buy it because I can't read French, but now knowing that us Americans won't be getting a translation I am more than willing to buy the standard edition (because it has the better cover).
Also, does anyone have the artbook? If so, can you show me how it looks like? Is it the same as the eBay item that OCG linked?

Artbook that I have looks similar to first eBay link except that it is wider and the white letters say artbook. I am not sure what is the difference between two links but I know that front cover seems different.

Hmm, I'm a bit skeptical. I'm gonna need proof from someone here who has the artbook. I wanna see it just to be sure.

I'd hazard a guess that they're not the same. Here's what the art book looks like (CE cover, sorry hue):
The white text and positioning of the logos are pretty different.

My bet is that the second link still uses a beta cover, before the official cover was made

Don't really understand what you guys are talking about ^^
There are 3 different covers : the normal one (RL), the limited edition one (R1, white cover) & the one of the artbook (a bit different from the regular one).
Several propositions were made. There was one with a composition good & bad guys for instance. But Ancel's name appeared on the bad guys so that wasn't cool :p
Anyway, I got really disappointed by E3 Ubisoft conference. No news from Rayman 20th anniversary, BGE2... And nothing about WiLD during Sony's conference as well :/

I sadly expected it would be as underwhelming as last year. I find really lamentable that Ubisoft doesn't seem to care for Rayman's 20th anniversary, while in the other hand Nintendo does makes several mentions about their mascot's 30th anniversary.

Its sad when Facebook page admin cares more about Rayman's Anniversary than a company that owns him.
Also if BG&E2 is not announced on E3 2016 and if there are no news about it, I will consider project to be new Starcraft Ghoust case.

Maybe they had their reasons to not announce anything at E3. The anniversary isn't 'till september. I mean come on guys, lots of games / anniversaries / whatevers are announced outside E3. It's not like there's nothing more going on in game world aside E3

For me BGE2 is really dead. In 2013 Ancel told me that the project reminded him about the difficult development of Tonic Trouble. I felt he let it go. Seems to really be the case...

Actually, Ancel stated it's still in development and this was on July 31, 2014. He must be busy seeing as he has lots of projects going on.
Also thanks for the picture Eshap! It looks exactly the same as the standard book, just a tad smaller. Now it's gonna be a hell of a lot of trouble to find the artbook buy itself.

Yes, Ancel did say that the project was still under development. I guess it is a matter of patience.

No worries! 'u'b I hope you manage to find it- I'll be keeping a lookout, myself.
And this talk of BGAE reminds me that I really need to buy that game! B-but the Steam sale has already killed a huge chunk of my wallet...

The best version of BG&E are the HD remakes. If you hadn't played it yet do yourself a favor and definitely get it. The game holds up so well and it's criminally underrated.

BG&E is definitely worth a trial.

Also the worst part is reading this link one person said this:
"When asked at press events about this Ubisoft denied that the game even existed."
