During our bus transportation to London, we stopped at a gas station in Belgium to stretch our legs where they have a restroom and a shop, after hopping back onboard the bus, we passed France. Even when we just stopped in Belgium to stretch our legs, I was very surprised to have set my foot on the ground of the neighbouring land of my native country.
So I've traveled in two countries so far, London and Germany, and passed two.
As I recall, our next trip would be Portugal if we'd ever have enough money for a walk there.

*unnecessary bump
I’ve been to Wales, Scotland, Spain, France, Germany and Iceland. The worst was probably Germany because I was ill, and the best was Iceland because it was just an awesome country.
Sorry for reviving this topic but I thought it would be cool to hear how many some of you guys have been to

Vietnam, Japan and the United States. As an Irish person, I'm not sure which of Japan or the US felt stranger to me…

Must’ve felt weird seeing giant roads, car parks and shops everywhere in the states, huh?

Yeah, everything is huge in the States. Even the flags flying outside the hotel we stayed in were enormous!
Also, the rear indicators on a lot of cars are combined with the brake lights. (I had known that before I went, but it's so insane that I really had to see it to believe it )
Currently I've been to Mexico, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Lichtenstein, and the UK (also the US because I live there). My favorite out of them all is Germany, with Mexico being a close second.

It's been almost 10 years since I last shared my list, so here's the updated one:
Armenia
Canada (I only had a connection at Vancouver airport and walked outside for a cigarette, so it doesn't really count)
China (Hong Kong, Macau)
Cyprus
Czech Republic
Denmark (Faroe Islands)
France (metropolitan France, La Réunion)
Georgia
Germany
Greece
Hungary
Italy
Japan
Luxembourg
Mexico
Norway
Poland
Portugal
Russia
Singapore
Slovakia
Spain
Switzerland
Tunisia
Turkey
United Kingdom (England, Wales and Scotland)
United States
Hope I'm not forgetting anything.

I was having trouble visualising all those countries so here’s a map!

Interesting visualization, though it feels weird to have the whole of Russia, China and Canada highlighted when I've only been to a couple of places there!

I still only have:
Ireland
Sweden
Maybe things might get more exciting in the future.

I don't have many countries as well, I've been to Austria and Egypt multiple times and I move a lot in Italy, not only for vacation but also because I have relatives spread across all the country and sometimes I go to meet them
