I am playing oblivion with bother the knights of the nine and shivering isles expansion packs installed. Just need a new graphics card, because it is mighty slow.

Yes, very good. The quest is huge too.

There is some violence and sexual themes in it and a bit of drinks and drug taking.

They don't actually have certain people rating the games and they are often biased based on the person's beliefs. After all, that's why Tom and Jerry: War of the Whiskers was rated Teen.
