well, today (25th of april) is anzac day. the day that remembers the countless australian (and new zealander) soldiers that died at gallipolli in WW1.

It was St George's Day on the 23rd but even as an English girl I don't celebrate it. It does remind me to be proud of being English though.

First of May is soon. I don't really remember why we celebrate it, but we do, so... Urr...
