After you beat Master Kaag in Clearleaf Forest you get to go around stomping everyone.
Of course, in any level you can always run up and kick them.

Since Rayman punches and doesn't shoot in R3, it's possible in all nine levels.

when u stomp on them in the foot thing and when your at the second or third doc i cant remember... there are these buttons when u jump on them hammers squish hoodlums.

does it count if raymans using power cans like misile or metal mouth... ?

His fists stay in place, so it's a question of interpretation. By the way, I've just realised that there are several levels where it is possible, but well, HC gets the point.
