Though i am being biased XD! I like Doctor Who, Transformers and Rayman so it is a definite 10/10

7/10, the guy and the fancy background don't blend in too well, although the BG is nice.

10/10 still but you should really consider changing, the flashing lights are making me dizzy

8/10, Lucario fits better but it still doesn't blend in well.

Any suggestions?

I suggest using effects to make Lucario blend in with the bg, blurring is the simplest way of doing this however I recomend playing around with other effects to get it to work, you should also take advantage of the layer modes.

(I'm under the assumption you are using GIMP, Photoshop should offer the same functions only named differently, no clue for other paint software)
