i was in a good mood today and started again with R3 for 1 day, just to try something (LOTLD).

in part 2, after 2 hoodlums you'll come in a room with a tribelle and a matuvu. couldn't you combo the hoodlums and then get that red gem in the room?

I don't have these two Hoodlums in my version of the game, but I can't see why not. It should indeed be possible.

here the combos of the beginning of part 2 of LOTLD. Mandm1981 already uploaded this, but he plays on GC, there won't appear some hoodblasters...
also on the PC version is an extra hoodblaster which will explode you balloons, so you have to do it on this way. by the first combo your combo is 3200 and by the second 700

i just made that combo by myself and i thought you could rightly go to the next room for the matuvu and tribelle, but you won't have the lockjaw then:(

I don't think this is particularly well played. If you move in a specific way you can prevent the Hoodstormer from shooting the balloons, which will lead to a much better combo.

i did try it over 100 times,but one every way the hoodblaster keeps shooting the balloons...... do you play on PC?

I play on PS2. This can't be attributed to a platform difference, though. It's more about technique. I'll make a video soon but I'm just way to busy until July.

so, WE could say it's impossible to jump the balloons with the hoodblaster left ?

he's playing on GC, there isn't a hoodblaster.....

he played with xbox (I saw that in HOF) but my problem isnt the hoodblaster, my problems is that I cant reach the balloon

You play on PC? As far as I know that jump is impossible to make on PC. You'll have to play the alternative versions (which I think are worth more anyway with the extra Hoodlum).

I'll make a video of jumping the Balloons with the flying Hoodlum alive in July. Then, you'll see that it is possible.

alright, we'll see, but i'm quite sure it's impossible,cause of the combo time. and if you're managed to do it,you'll have 1000 combo more or somethingXD.
and the jump from PC is (nearly) impossible without the lockjaw

I have the game for PC and Ps2, so I tried both

I'm not good at scores, neverthless I'd like to ask whether my extra hoodlum anomaly was explained, seeing some of you say something about more hoodlums in PC version.
