I am happy Windows 9 is mentioned. Just how I skipped Vista and jumped from XP to 7, I will jump in future from 7 to 9 when I get new PC. This is perfect and I hope Emulators will work good on 9 with the good PC specs of course.

I'm really happy with Windows 7, though I hope to see a lot of improvements in 9.

Windows 7 is great. I just wish Windows store apps were compatible with it.

That's most likely going to be the case for Windows 9. :D

Lets hope for the best with Windows 9. Chances are high that I will like it if Microsoft still follows the tradition of Good OS/Bad OS.

Haha, poor old Vista, it looked good but hell, so much trouble!

Heh, this ol' rickety laptop of mine came with Vista when it was shining brand new, I upgraded it back in 2011 to 7, but I don't think Vista was all that problematic, as I think it had quite a few patches by then.

Windows Vista is a solid system when you have a good system for it to run on, and all the latest expansion packs.

OEMs helped give it a bad name when they had it on systems that arn't so suitable to run the OS, such as lack of RAM or decent graphics card in some cases. It's like trying to get Windows 98 running on an old 386 that Windows 3.0 wouldn't mind running on, in a way. :P

Then I can say good bye to VMWare Workstation :D
Not to mention some games have issues when played on it. Ty The Tasmanian Tiger for example has broken letters.

I'm hoping like hell that they give you loads of graphical customisation options. That's one of the reasons I loved Windows 98 so much, the options were so extensive; all you can do in Windows 8 is pick a single colour that applies to everything.

I agree on that one, they shouldn't go the Apple way, they need to further distinguish themselves as this is what made their strength.

Aha, I remember tinkering about with the theme settings of Win98, I think I went for the techy one.

What's wrong with those names? Windows 7, 8... and then 9...

Hehe, guess they got bored of having to come up with names and just went back to numbers.
Though I wonder why they call it 7 specifically, it says 6.1 in the Windows version.

I wish they had a new name instead of just calling it 9, 9 is boring. 'XP' and 'Vista' both sounded awesome and gave brilliant, memorable distinction between the two.

Guys, I want to take this time to deeply apologize for my rather big lack of presence on the forums... again. I'm halfway through the school year, and headed to college... likely this year, holy shit does time fly. But I hope to post here every now and then. Because of work, I missed the Rayman 1 livestream Technology had hosted, and I was pissed at myself for that. I've been wanting to skype with Adsolution, but both of us have been a tad busy on both ends, so hopefully things work out...

I'm one-hundred percent certain I'll be free tomorrow, I for once have absolutely nothing going on Sunday!
