He killed 77 innocent people. When he did that, he was not insane and he knew what he was doing (at least diagnoses doctors made say so).

The forum isn't about anything, it has no subsections, and it still has the default 'Welcome to phpBB3' thread for some reason. It's literally the default everything with no changes made whatsoever, except to the board's name. I'm happy that all it took to satisfy your want for privileges was to simply make your own forum with seemingly no purpose, but simultaneously, I'm a bit perturbed that all it took to satisfy your want for privileges (and furthermore meet the quality of them) was to simply make your own forum with seemingly no purpose.

Nevertheless, I salute you on your quest to found your very own forum... and whatever indiscernible purpose it may serve.
