In some countries, there are no consoles at all in jail. I guess it depends from country to country, but we can all agree that his punishment was way too little considering what he done.

He killed 77 innocent people. When he did that, he was not insane and he knew what he was doing (at least diagnoses doctors made say so).

It's literally the default everything with no changes made whatsoever, except to the board's name. I'm happy that all it took to satisfy your want for privileges was to simply make your own forum with seemingly no purpose, but simultaneously, I'm a bit perturbed that all it took to satisfy your want for privileges (and furthermore meet the quality of them) was to simply make your own forum with seemingly no purpose.
