Last time I checked there was no "Let's Play" mentioned in video and instead "Reese Plays"

Meh, there's no lie in the title, it is indeed Hoodcom doing the playing, hehe.

I would like to do an update and say that for my PS2, more games are added as a bonus but price will be same. Pac-Man World 2, Pac-Man World Rally, Gex 2 and Gex 3. All games are in good condition except Gex 3, but all games work and have manual and case.

Uh, no.

They usually have commentary, but they do not have to.

I do believe the definition of "Let's Play" is to make a video of yourself playing a game, nothing more nothing less.

Looking at the Wikipedia article, it says "usually with" in regards to commentary, but it does not say "always with," or anything to that effect.

Let's Play does not need to have commentary but it usually does. Now what pisses me off most is if someone calls video with Walkthrough yet talks.

Meh, they could do with a more distinct definitions for each of these different categorisations, it can be confusing to the uninitiated.

If you want to get technical, "Let's Play" only really makes sense if more than one person is playing or commentating. Which is why you replace it with "*insert name here* Plays" if you're playing or commentating alone.

Anyway, I do plan on recording games both classics and modern. Consoles and retro computers should be easy enough. (Older consoles will require me to upscale to at least component video)... however I gotta figure my options for recording exactly what is playing on the same machine I use for recording.

One option is disconnect my second monitor, and plug the DVI cable directly into either my Epiphan DVI2PCIe capture card, or my Avermedia capture card, and duplicate the output to be the same thing. (Which I will have to lower the resolution, since neither device will record at 2560 x 1440 to my knowledge.)

Or a program to do the recording, but I probably still will want to record at a lower resolution. Youtube would only go 1080P at max... at least until 4k takes off like a bandit.
