He is asking what the sceptre, as in the staff that Gumsi Carries around, is called. Xenon's answer is incorrect because The Tetris is what Globox calls the Leptys itself, not the sceptre. I don't see how the question is unclear, that part made perfect sense, I have no idea what the answer is however, dince I don't believe I've ever heard it referred to as anything else.

I remember it was called the Sceptre of Gumsy and Reflux's Sceptre as well, maybe that's what spiraldoor is referring to?

The three doctors called it the Sceptre of Gumsy at the beginning of the Longest Shortcut, at least in the German version.
