Re: Rayman Origins
I don't know...I'm not sure French developpers would bother to make a French version of their game.

This must be the third or fourth interview I've watched, and he always says the same things so I'm sure you've all heard everything he said there at least once.

Re: Rayman Origins
But at the end it says "Novembre 2011". Surely he says something about the release date, doesn't he? I know it says above it that this is the "expected date", but does Ancel mention that?DesLife wrote:This must be the third or fourth interview I've watched, and he always says the same things so I'm sure you've all heard everything he said there at least once.

Re: Rayman Origins
Quite a longquote, but I won't be surprised if there would be Polish version just in order to reduce the Polish price and so reduce piracy. That said, who is the most probable publisher for RO in Poland (if there would be any, har har)? CD-Projekt? LEM? EA Poland? Different publishers behave differently.Wiiola wrote:Same goes for Polish... (I'm 70% sure they won't bother with translating)
Do you think it will be in at least 4 other languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian)?
I think French language is as sure as an English one... What do you think?
Re: Rayman Origins
I still have doubts about it...
I'd say LEM, since it distributed most (if not every) game from the series... (BTW, who officialy distributed the first Rayman in Poland? Guess nobody did...)
Now I know that PL Maths & English with Rayman wasn't - it was by Ludi Media (or Onet.pl, which is less likely in my opinion).
I have totally no clue who distributed RRR2...

Re: Rayman Origins
Regarding the PS3...
My brother has just purchased a PS3, but only because...
1) After purchasing an X-Box 360 a few years ago, it broke after only a few months. He sent it back to Microsoft, who reconditioned the unit and duly returned it.
2) Six months later, it developed another fault and had to be returned to Microsoft again. It came back from Microsoft as good as new, but this time it only worked for five days before breaking again
3) A local 'GAME' store then recommended that he purchase a refurbished unit. He did this, but the new unit developed a fatal problem after only a few days, to the extent where it wouldn't function what so ever.
4) He decided that enough was enough and decided to get a PS3 instead. It was the best decision he ever made.
My brother will probably get Origins for the PS3 and because he only lives next door, it won't be any trouble going round to his to play it. I've got a Nintendo Wii (and an original 'PS One' console - the really small version that came out some time after the original 'Playstation'), but I don't particularly rate the Wii, so looks like PS3 for me.

Re: Rayman Origins
The technical assistance in that region must not be quite satisfying perhaps.
Well, if I get an Xbox 360 I'll tell here.

Re: Rayman Origins
My bro once had a problem with his 360 (the infamous red ring of death), but the customer service did a great job. The very same thing happened to me and my PS3, so I wouldn't know which one to go for. Once again, both are great consoles.

Re: Rayman Origins
You wrong. In Russia 99% games translate to russian, somethimes not only subtitles. But RO will by translated in case game released on PC 100%, if don't, well, RO is really may stay in english.Haruka wrote:RPC doesn't have either russian or portuguese forums.

Question - Portugaly is reach country? You use euro? Buying license games not difficult for you? Very interesting to know situation in other countries. Example russian people used piracy 70-80%, because they just can't buy games etc. Many earn only 15000 rubles (some - yet less than) in a month, and each new game for PS3/X360 ~3000 rubles. Well, russian economic make us sad. I buy only favorite PC games (500-600 rubles). They cheaper, thanks to russian publishers.
Sorry, if I talk bad things.
