At Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 (Wii), you can see a little cameo of Bettilla with her name present in the 3 High Scores.

That's a game though. What about Rayman Activity Centre? After some Googling it appears Betilla does make an appearence in a 'colouring studio', but I've never heard of this... dunno whether this classifies as a game or not..

I would consider that to be a game.
