Not sure how a username relates to any of this technical stuff, if memory serves, the "BB" in "phpBB" stands for Bulletin Board, right?

Yes it does. Modern web forums are regarded as descendants of the Bulletin Board Systems of old, hence the name.

Hmm, the original RZ was based off the phpBB software, was it not? I guess I could see some reasoning, though what would cause one to use that as a source of inspiration, I'm not sure.
