I haven't found the time to comment on this edition until now, but here we go! It was, just like the previous times, really great to see all this creativity and progress on so many projects, but in my opinion, the one thing that really sets this edition apart is the number of playable demos released this time.

Browsing though this section of the forum and the lineups of the previous editions of Rayman Alive, it is pretty obvious that almost every single fan project dies before even reaching that stage, and that one could count the number of notable fan games that were eventually released on the fingers of one hand. A playable demo is a far cry from a finished game, but looking at the one for Rayman 3: Havoc Reignited, which was the highlight of the event for me, you can tell a full game is definitely within the realm of possibility.

My other highlights were Rayman 2: Redreamed, whose demo was a little less polished but still impressive, and Rayman: Revenge of the Dark, that sadly did not come with a demo despite being in development for over 16 years (I know it started over many times, but you get my point :P) but whose footage still felt immersive and very true to the magical atmosphere of Rayman 2.

It's worth noting that the event even got coverage from IGN France, who wrote a neat article about it (and about RPC :hap:).

Congratulations vnheard for organizing all this, it was a true success! And what better way of recognizing this than Ubi's fan spotlight? Well done!

I was finally able to watch the video, some comments:

- Some of the artwork for Rayman: Into The Polyworld, reminds me of Tonic Trouble.
- I need to have a wallpaper of that shot from Rayman: Revenge of the Dark, showing Popolopoï in the forest, it's so beautiful.
- I wanted to see more of Rayman Polokurse , that mystery character will remain a mystery for even longer.
- That cover made by JoNoLikesToDraw is so sick, I want to print it and hang it on a wall.

I was sad that I was not able to draw something for this edition of Rayman Alive, I should have drawn at least something simple, but I forgot.
