Im a fan of both, but nothing beats a nice cup of coffee. I usually drink it hot, as iced coffee tastes a bit off in my opinion.

Same here with having it hot, I don't think I'd mentioned that. I associate iced coffee with being sweet, and I don't put sugar in coffee when I make it, just some milk. I don't want it to be too sweet if that makes sense.

Yeah that’s understandable, putting in additions can mute the overall taste of the coffee muted. I don’t put as much sugar as I used to but still add cream, I still can’t handle straight black coffee yet.

Maybe because ice is made of water? When it melts it waters down the overall taste. This is why I usually put as little ice as possible into the drink whenever I want cold coffee.

I still put cream in mine from time to time, but I always use milk. I don't think I can acquire a taste for straight black coffee.

Still very much a coffee pot but lately we have been trying a few more herbal teas and my mother in law brought us some Pukka; one's winter warmer and the other is apple and cinnamon and yeah they're quite good.

I'm on the opposite end, still very much a tea person. I have wanted to try coffee to an extent, but the stuff i try just doesn't agree with me. Meanwhile tea end, I've stuck to the usual english breakfast tea, but I did try a vanilla tea once and I remember really liking it.

Probably not the same tea y'all typically go for, but I always enjoy a good iced sweet tea here.

Ah, American sweet tea…so nice and classic!
My preferred teas of choice lately from a boba shop is a strawberry black tea with green apple jelly. Or a honey apple green tea with strawberry jelly. Or a nutty cream tea with boba and ice cream.

As a re-instated English Admin, you may enjoy an iced tea tonight.
And I'll let Plum have that all expenses paid vacation.

Just a random question here... Is coffee really that bad out there? Some people who came here were extremely surprised because coffee was infinite times better here than in their countries

I used to be a tea man. But the thing about coffee is that it's socially acceptable to put cream in your coffee. And while I have put cream in my tea before, god have mercy on my soul, it just doesn't work. So coffee it is. Simply its capacity as a vehicle for cream consumption makes it a winner for me.

I have never heard of people putting like straight cream in tea, only milk. And there is such a thing as milk tea and cream tea.
I still like both regardless.

The same tends to happen to me. I really like coffee though, especially actual coffee instead of instant stuff. I don't have it fully agree with me either given I get reflux issues, but I do love tea. I would literally drink tea all day sometimes, it just becomes effort to keep making it.

I don't tend to drink tea unless I'm on site cause I already have a fucky sleep cycle and I try not to overdo the caffeine. But I can sympathise with the sentiment cause there's deffo been days where I'd love to just have liek 3-4 cups but stop at 2.

I forgot about the caffeine in the drinks. I already have high blood pressure and due to taking Wellbutrin now I have to worry about my supposed tachycardia as a side effect, so I definitely couldn’t have that as much tea/coffee as I used to. Not that I drink so much anyways but…

I probably take in way too much caffeine to be fair, even when I'm over in Sweden I probably am drinking coffee too late. I tend to drink alcohol more often in Ireland than I do over there though, so maybe both of those things end up not being ideal.

Still black coffee for me. I don't hate tea, but I don't love it either. If I'm gonna have an infusion, then let it be something with ginger, lemon and pepper.

I still love coffee too, but I have to have some milk in it and can't drink it black. I'm not man enough for that.

Neither am I hahah. I bet I could do it if I train my bitter senses enough. Like eating darker chocolate bars or something.

Now those flavors together sounds nice!
