You're stopping too early. The true ratio is what your company pays versus what another company receives with you using that pay, e.g. a full cycle of the money. Employer contributions -> Worker contributions -> Income tax -> VAT -> Corporate tax. Here you go.

I've got a way to go yet but one thing that has been happening is that I've been losing weight because of the location of my workplace so I've been doing a lot of walking. Not so much hiking, but walking for more than 2 miles a weekday nonetheless. Since March I've gone from weighing over 70kg (which if you're under 150cm tall that's bad news), down to 64kg at the moment so I'm happy to have lost that so far.

That's awesome, I've been working on losing weight myself. Also got a treadmill for my parents, which I use for myself too.
