Yes. Yes it those. Though allow me to expand the explanation.

The Heart Shield grants 6 hits instead of 5. Though, many enemies in the game can deal more than one hit of damage. Hell, some enemies can kill the player in one hit. But this is where the shield is helpful. The Heart Shield protects the player from any amount of damage. The only exceptions are if the player is crushed, falls into a bottomless pit, or eats the most lethal Heart Nut.

Here's some updates:

- I'm finishing the storyline and it should be distributed to interested readers in February.

- I've been designing a Metroid-esque level for Jeens, Aura Rock has been one of the main inspirations for the feel of the level.

- I'm practicing animating Lip Syching.

- And finally, I'm going to work on sprites. Let's see if I'm actually going to do it!

You've already made them many times in the past.

So what did you actually mean by "sprites" if you didn't actually mean, er...sprites?

Yeah, that's what I meant. But they're also going to be animated.

GOOD NEWS: I've finished Evil Lair Lands! It's designed and everything! I love how it came out!

BAD NEWS: I ain't showing it to you guys! Isn't that swell!? REASON: I want to keep this world secretive. I will give you hints on what it features;

- It used to house royalty, but is now an exhibit for everyone.
- What the wild west used to be and what it is now.
- Machinery and humans come here to produce things as one.

The Great Time Trial Champions of the Worlds of Whimsical Domains!

You know who these punks are from the November Update, but here they are in COLOR!

Well I'll skip the details and say they are the Time Trial characters you have to race in order to get the Time Trophies and Time Amulets.

THE TIME TRIALS ARE UNLOCK AFTER BEATING THE GAME'S MAIN STORY MODE.

are these time trials for the stages played already or are they new stages?

Half-and-half.

The time trials are new mini-levels based off the already played stages.

I literally just understood why the name 'Jungle Jim' had such a ring to it.
