By the way, while I understand your reasons, Rulez, I didn't enjoy the episode as much as I would have, had it had the characters' original voices. Even though it's funny, the scene itself sets the serious tone already. The voices just complete the rest. Just givin' feedback, not criticisin' yo' 'do (note the many abbreviations).

You didn't understand the whole joke. I didn't mention it anywhere because I thought it would be pretty obvious.

The disclaimer in the first few seconds says that the silly voices were offed because they didn't fit the serious situation, and they were replaced by... silly bluegrass music that made the whole thing even funnier. Don't you get it? It's irony.

That's the thing though. B&R is supposed to be the lowest, stupidest humour around, and that's what made it so hysterically funny. On top of that, the voices were funny because it makes everyone in the situation seem so fucking stupid and disabled, but this is the best they can do, going about their daily lives in such an already 'serious' manner. Removing the actual voices makes the voices in our heads when we read it sound smarter, but the bluegrass just sort of sucks any of that proposed seriousness away, and it turns from something that's naturally funny into something that isn't, but is trying futally be funny. 75% of the humour was from the voices alone, and It comes across as a very obvious lazy cop-out to remove them, even if that wasn't the intention.

Well fuck my life then. I still have the frames for the episode on my other computer so I can make a remake with original voices then

Sorry to say this, but that would be better, yes. It was a good try though! Keep experimenting with things you may find funny, and there's a chance the world will agree!

One of them is me and Fat up to hijinks, leading us to almost being ''banned'' on the Cummunity, MLII meeting Cpt. Srilanka and Ikke fighting for his girl, whose name I now have to modify even more. How about Prenee?
