I remember the majority of my manipulations last year were using Paint3D while badly cropping out backgrounds.

Speaking of which, it even still bothers me that the image of Globox on RayWiki has a white background. I was going to reconstruct it using the sprite sheets from the game, but the current one with the white background is a higher resolution than the actual sprite sheets.

I'll try enter one before the deadline. Cropping a white background isn't as bad, but it can still be a headache on some images. That Globox image from Origins that I like to use was on a white background included with the GoG version of Rayman Origins, while also being partially obscured by Rayman's foot and a Teensie. I had to actually redraw parts of it.

The annoying thing is that a PNG clearly exists that we can't get our hands on, as they use the exact image of Globox in the background for the GoG version of Origins.

EDIT: This image to be exact:

Rayman is in a different place than he is in the artwork, as is the Grand Minimus. I guess reconstructing it would be the only real way to get a perfect copy of it, but the resolution would likely be lower too.

This is my entry, at the end I didn't know what to do, so I just experimented with the image, hopefully it still counts.

You haven't cast a vote yet, is the organizer of the contest not allowed to vote?

I don't normally, but I guess there's no rule against it. It would make my job a lot easier if I had a casting vote, rather than setting up all these awkward tiebreakers. Still, now that I've said this, I can't vote since I'll be accused of voting strategically to make my job easier.
