Mine have usually come from eating food, annoyingly enough.

The only real issue I had was when the orthodontist made the wires too long so that they poked at the back of my gums.

Hmm, yeah, I remember that too. Luckily, I can't feel the marks they left, so I guess it's healed up, but it was aggravating indeed.

They gave me this wax crap to put on the sharp bits but that never did much good.

I always used to joke that if you went private you didn't get the sharp edges

I got the wax too, I used it once, and never used it again. Load of codswallop.

Which one, the ones that made it even tigher? Or the colours? I remember getting colours, those were nice. But I also got the tightening bands, and they. were. painful.

Oh the ones that made it tighter. Attached form the top the bottom. Hahaha yeah I always got the silver bands because I didn't want to stand out. I bet you got pink

I got blue, bit dull and normal. But green probably wouldn't have fitted well in the mouth.

it was two days ago uwu thursday

as for how long they're staying for,,, anywhere between a year and two apparently? fuck i hope they're off before uni or nobody's going to take me seriously

also i don't have rubber bands from top to bottom bc i only have the braces on the top (i have the irl lacmac teeth) but i do have coloured bits around the squares uwu they're pink and black

apparently they change the colours at some point and i have a few ideas

Yeah they change them so that they aren't dirty. Mine were purple to pink to black.
