Frozen was a good movie by WHOA that choir music in the intro!

Now; I best explain the thing I mentioned about Elf Bowling the movie. Every Christmas I always feel glutton to watch a really bad Christmas movie, and usually that movie would be Jack Frost 2 but because I've seen that so many times I thought I'd make a change. So we found out about this one thanks to Game Grumps playing Elf Bowling and god what did we get ourselves into. How anyone could think of an 80 minute movie about something as simple as Elf Bowling I don't know, but they had and basically it's about the elves minus the nosebleeds.

I don't know if the following link is UK only but Lionsgate UK themselves uploaded the whole thing to their youtube channel probably out of shame.

I saw two movies in these last days:

- The Muppets: Awesome movie. It has got the spirit of the original series and they made me laugh a lot in the whole thing.

- Cinderella (Disney): I never watched this movie before although I knew the story. It was enjoyable, the mice were very cute.

The Muppets is a great film, cant wait for the sequel! I just watched The Muppets Christmas Carol, by far my favourite Christmas film; I make sure I watch it every Christmas eve.

Watched other two movies today:

- Zambezia: It was really enjoyable for a movie from other kind of animation company, and I enjoyed the story around it.

- The Adventures of Tintin: Spielberg's movies usually don't disappoint me, and this one really didn't. I loved it, the animation and the graphical details are impressive and very lively. I am also a big fan of Tintin's comics, I read them all as a kid. Excellent movie, I want the sequel.

I really wish Disney went back to 2D animation, nothing against their CG movies, you just can't beat that old Disney animation. I heard they shut down their animation studio, so that may not happen. :(

Rayfist, Earth Gwee and I streamed The Christmas Tree (the one NC just reviewed) together while Skyping; it was a non-stop laughing fest. Even worse, however:

After Rayfist had to leave, Gwee and I watched Legend of the Titanic, and holy moley, this is a movie that you have to see with your own eyes to truly comprehend how hilariously terrible it is. If you've seen Nostalgia Critic's review on it, then you need to watch the actual thing. It's so inept, it's so unbelievable.

Tomorrow we'll be taking a gander at Felix the Cat. Oh boy.

Aha, I've watched NC's take on the Christmas Tree, and blimey, was it creepy. Which one is the Legend of the Titanic? Was it the first or second Titanic cartoon NC reviewed?

"The OTHER Animated Titanic Movie", the one with the moonbeams, sharks and the octopus who partakes in an iceberg-throwing contest.

I wanted to say that because endings of the movies are always with cliffhanger, my friend decided to not watch any of them until Hobbit 3 is made and then watch all 3 of them in a row.

Aha, eliminate the long and tender wait, and have it all in one large chomp, so to speak.

Hanna, I didn't see all of it though. A decent one and it managed to capture my attention - I rarely watch TV because there isn't much that really interests me on it. I felt like the characters were pretty deep even though they weren't really, although, like I said I didn't watch the entire flick. I felt like I could connect with the characters and enjoy observing them like I do with individuals in real life - no, I'm not a daunting pervert or stalker, but rather a wallflower. I feel like the movie has a lot in common with a game I've been playing recently - Bully, a game by Rockstar running on a modified San Andreas engine taking place in an academy as well as a small town. Both feel like watered down versions of other media - and I don't mean in a negative way; Bully =/= GTA on a smaller scale and Hanna strangely felt like a Tarantino movie to me, but obviously on a much more smaller and watered down scale. And in both Bully and Hanna I feel like I rather enjoy the characters, but more with the latter though, and I hold the latter much closer to my heart since it's one of my favorite PS2 games with a great soundtrack, atmosphere, characters, gameplay, so on.

Despite all of this, it's not without flaws. I felt like there was something quite off about it and at the same time as though something were missing. Perhaps it was too stylized or maybe not stylized at all enough? Rather confusing, but I can't put my finger on it.

Overall, I give the movie a seven point five out of ten instead of a seven. I was rather attracted to the movie as though it were a magnet but something felt off about it like I said before.

I just watched Airplane II: The Sequel. Hilarious from the beginning to the end!

I forgot to tell that weeks ago, I've watched the Golden Cage. A really nicely done movie and yet fun. :D

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. This movie was definitely trying to go somewhere with itself but only after watching it and thinking back to it did I come to the conclusion that the music, visuals etc played a big role in making it come across like you are watching something grand, but you're really not. I liked it, it wasn't bad or just laughable, but it lacked substance. It could have been something much deeper. Still though, I do like that Walter Mitty, the character, is definitely a character that some people might find some aspects of themselves in.
