It's a sort of "beta" of Rayman 2 dreamcast, the editor gaved them a bit before its official release for testing! It may have some debugs mode!

That will be easy, dreamcast files are extractable, I already extracted a rom, but someone should dump this! I'm sure there is a debug mode because it isn't public. Btw, it's not a "beta" it's a game given by ubisoft to a little number of people to test the game a bit before being in shops.

I saw that months ago, but I don't think it is a beta. More like a press-prerelease.

Dumping Dreamcast games isn't that easy as you think. Those games came in a special format called GD-Rom, a normal PC wouldn't read. The easiest way to dump Dreamcast discs is by using an external SD card reader.

I noticed they are 2 slightly different boxes for Rayman 1 released.

Rayman on right side is smaller.

He's larger on the right side, because the image has been zoomed in.

Yes pretty much. I wonder how come that there are two versions of the box? I should analyse the disc before sending it back, maybe it contains a version we weren't aware of yet.

So, what's this about a beta DC ISO? Does anyone plan on nicking it? I wish I could, but I'm not capable of making such purchases yet.

I seriously doubt that this is a beta. If I had the possibility to buy it, I would still pass it. Sorry.
And also to the other Rayman 1 Box, the CD is the exact same the the other box.

I know a person that can dump DC ISOs (the one that dumped Rayman 2 DC Japanese) so if anyone wants this R2 beta so bad, you can send money to that guy on PayPal, he will purchase it and dump ISO.

This has officially been added to my list of Rayman's creepy sides:

• Rayman looks and acts like a rapist (even though he was castrated to prevent any further outbursts)
• He handles people's skulls with the greatest care.
• He's bald and my mother always told me to stay away from big bald people when I was a kid.
• He's married yet has an intimate relationship with Ly.
• He watches us as we sleep (box above).
