88.500 would have indeed been certainly enough, but for some reason i didn't feel eager anymore to get the remaining points left. first of all, it caused quite some more trouble than expected, and secondly the fact that i could get at least 800 points anymore next time was rather motivating and exciting. i'd appreciate a video very much, thanks for the offer

and thanks, i hope i wont need to struggle too long with part 1 anymore

i acutally did find out sth interesting:

back then, when roket appeared out of nowhere, showing us the 1500 extra points in LOTLD i went straight to BOM to check whether it was possible to have 98.499 points and beat razoff to finish the level with 101.499.
what i didn't check was, whether it was possible to have 99.899 and hit razoff regularly. now that i reached this part, i checked everything and found out that it's indeed possible to hit razoff when you have 99.899, so that's at least a 100 points-improvement we can make there.
would be awesome if 6 hits were possible, though.

Do you mean you kill Razoff with the HMF when the score is 99.899? Will that give a total of 100.099 points? I never thought about that.

nope, what i mean is when you have 99.899 points and just put a regular hit with the hmf on razoff (not killing him), it will still give you the 200 points, which means you have to start the last combo with 100 points more in order to get the maximum score..

i didn't save this though, since i'll try going for 101.299 a few more times...

Ok, I just misunderstood the 99.899 score. But you did start the last combo with 99.099 points, right?

Too bad there aren't more levels where the final combo is taken with a powersuit.

I'm glad the walkthroughs do help out.

CF is one of my favourite levels and I love part 2 and 3. Did you manage the jump from the Pig in part 2? If yes, I guess you can reach 109k+ points. If not, maybe you have around 104k or 105k? What is your score?

109k is the top score?, crap I only got 98k (Tryed get 100k., but I failed) and yes, I did the pig trick, but I never did the cage combo of the part 4

Now Im in TDOTK trying to pass the stupid knaaren, and trying get 100k (Impossible for my btw

)

@Danone : hey! GG for passing the Knaaren! I never suceed that... However, it's not necessary to pass him to reach 100k. For exemple, I play on PC and I have 103k for TDOTK now.
I have the same problem with the pig in CF Part 2, I'm not able to jump above... So I must to take all the gems and Hoodlums on the floor in one combo. Finally for the FC I have 103k and I think it's a good score for the Forest

For the Matuvu in TDOFK Part 2, I don't know how to do better than the solution in first page :/

If you can do the Piggybank jump you have the potential for scoring big in part 2. And here it is important you get the Matuvu for 2.500 combo points. And in another combo you can get the green gem for 9.000 combo points. I suggest these scores after each part:

Part 1: 11.000 points
Part 2: 54.500 points
Part 3: 94.452 points
Part 4: 109.789 points

By the way, congratulations on passing the Knaaren. It's hard the first time, but hopefully easier the second time.

@Danone: It's impossible to combo any of the Matuvus in DOTK2. Just take them with the lockjaw. You can combo both Matuvus in part 3, though.

Damn, when I finished TDOTK, I got a total score of 699573 points, almost at 700k. Dammit, Im in BOM now, trying to get that 500 points for get finally 700k.

It possible do the last can in BOM part 6 with a combo with the 1500 points you get killing Razzoff?

@Danone: unfortunately not, because after you killed Razoff, the level ends so quickly, that the combo won't be added to your score.

already congratulated ya on TSF, but still, 1337 progress cut

danone: nice score on cf! and great to see you managed to trigger the knaaren-glitch as well. id say you should now use the opportunity and get an above-par result compared to your overall score (which means near 100k, maybe even more, no part is excruciatingly difficult except of area 7 ofc)

ive finished the ship with 19600 yesterday, nothing astonishing, but nevertheless a good foundation. part 2 is very fun so far, which is probably also caused by the fact that no hoodboom commited suicide so far and thus made it less frustating to play
