You get the Player's Choice edition or the 2003's first edition? It 'also important to assess this aspect. And anyway, it was still 2009, not 2014.

Suppose that I was lazy and trusting only the description given, I would have literally thrown 70€.

I've tried to contact the seller countless times and he never responded, also on amazon many say that a product is new, but is new in the sense that it has never been used, but was discarded. (I know from personal experience)

If the seller doesn't send me a real photos of the object I can not risk!

Most sellers there don't respond anyways, and I had my experience with buying new sealed Rayman games on amazon by third party sellers and there all arrived sealed. Keyword: arrived

Also I've done on amazon bargains, and only thanks to amazon if I got the sealed italian first edition of Rayman M for PS2 (item that is literally unobtainable brand new sealed in my country today), however conclude only with the sellers who answered me to not having any sorts of hassles... better safe than sorry

What he probably wanted to mean is that it is halfnew. The only difference is the lack of the plastic wrap, but the content and the state is exactly what you would find in a sealed one.

I know, but are still discarded/used copies. I repeat that I'm looking for only sealed first editions (italian editions moreover), that's why it becomes all more difficult.
Even if I'm looking for the italian first edition sealed copy, of course if in Italy I will not find it for much longer I'll have to buy it from Germany, but I can only buy the german version (the one with the yellow USK rating rhombus) because it is the only version in common with the italian import, indeed having german and italian on the back cover.
The english version rated with ELSPA and french/spanish versions rated with ADeSe do not have the italian on the back cover. To me counts also this detail.

Halfnew doesn't new anyway, so it is in the wrong section. And I repeat that for me the cellophane (I do not know if in your countries the plastic that seals the game is so called) makes the difference.
