Record days aside, Beebop is probably the record holder over periods of several months (years?). You're doing well but beating him will take a lot.

Hmm. I had a feeling it would be him, based on what I read in the first page of this thread. Guess I've got a long way to go.

I only ever knew Beebop in the latter days of his membership. He didn't really post much anymore.

I've never met him really, bc of my being here only 1-2 weeks. Yes, i've seen members come and go, but then they come back for a brief while before disappearing into nothigness. I'm sure eventually I'll be doing that too, just hopefully not too soon! I'm still on page 4, but that's ok. I'm just glad that there are other members I can still talk to including you guys, and that this forum isn't like a dead ghost town.

Beebop was a nice dude but in the end it's best to be a bit less active and stick around longer rather than post like crazy but leave after a couple years.

Yes, you're right about that. Ray502 said something very similar like that to me the day I reached 1000 posts. And tbh, I was actually just the slightest bit worn out after what seemed like I was spree posting for 3-5 days.

I guess that posting too much can get you bored after a while, and it's a shame!

That's true too. Although with all the old topics/new topics popping up, and how responsive some of the new members are, even if I ended up posting only a few times per day (unfortunately today does not seem to be the case), I still wouldn't be TOO bored or burned out completely, which is a good thing. When nobody's around I have this habit of doing some digging into some other topics. The documentary is the one I am currently interested in digging (still only on page 54-55?).

That's how the world works unfortunately. We overdo anything and we grow tired/get bored of it. If you played the exact same game day in day out then you're going to get fed up too.

I see that there are some users that have posted more than me in less than a month too, but then they left after that month and never returned.

So it seems. I'm not one of them because I'm mysterious!!

Same here, but also because I'm mysterious and have lots of energy to burn!

I keep having lots to do for hours then dropping by again afterwards
