EDIT: By the way, this is made from the Earthbound/Mother 2 sprites (the game Ness originally appeared in). However, I did some slight editing.
FUN FACT: PK Flash is the only PK attack that Ness can use in Earthbound AND SSB. All his other PK moves in SSB are actually Paula's moves, except for PK Starstorm....which is Poo's.

Yours only has three frames. And i modified alot of the sprites in mine. Yours is just three shots of Hoodoo. He doesn't even spin all the way around.
