It sounds like computer voices; you know, the type that come with your computer and that can narrate text for you. However, I haven't ever heard these ones before, which adds to the charm of the series for me.

And yes. If you care about an easter egg, the Phat in the music vids will have a different look than the one from B&R, just like every single character from the show, and to a lesser extent Bningham. The Phat sitting on the bus though is how I sneaked the version of him from the show!
