Start and end cutscenes, it was even dubbed in French (logical as Rayman is french), German etc
The characters that Rayman would meet are also dubbed in the PC version. Rayman would also speak if you didn't touch the keyboard for a while.

Bias toward the new games aside (Jungle Run is a footnote compared to Hoodlum's Revenge) I think it's at least neat that they acknowledged some stuff from the older games, like Mr Dark.

I don't recall it being in the PC version. Unless it was meant to, but needed a patch to run. I can't remember the situation exactly.

It might not have the opening/ending movies if it’s part of a compilation to save space on the disc.
