Don't mean to nitpick, but this fact is really untrue. For most platforms the Hoodblaster survival rate is <1%, so it takes almost half an hour until you get a successful restart. It's around 50:50 for some PS2 players though, interestingly.

For the question, well, don't all enemies with hands use some sort of weapon in their attack?
