Re: Rayman 3

I would love an HD version of either R2 DC or Revolution. Rayman 3 is great though. An HD remake is much better than simply porting it to the 3DS.
Hmm...I can agree with you there, however, since this is the era where Rayman seems to be getting back on his feet, I'm going to be optimistic and believe that R3 remake is NOT the Rayman game in development.RayTunes wrote:Wait. This better NOT be the 3D Rayman game they said was in development.
Rayman 3 was my favorite in the trilogy.Rayfist090 wrote:An HD remake for rayman 3, aye? Well this is quite interesting, I figured this out pretty late (was sick for a while)
But seeing Rayman 3 (which was the most UNPOPULAR rayman game out of the trilogy) being remade in HD is sick, the gorgeous graphics in R3 were enough for me to handle, but now in HD!? I am so excited ^_^
To most non-rayman fans though who are just your average gamers (who have at least played a normal rayman) in there life always pick out rayman 2, in fact Rayman 2 is the most loved, im so glad that rayman 3 is going to get more attention.Greenbottle3 wrote:Rayman 3 was my favorite in the trilogy.Rayfist090 wrote:An HD remake for rayman 3, aye? Admittedly, I also favour Rayman 2 from the whole trilogy, but I have always thought that Rayman 3 was and still is, a worthy sequel even if it doesn't surpass R2, thus, I am overjoyed Ubi gave Rayman 3 the opportunity to show itself in HD goodness once more...Rayfist090 wrote:To most non-rayman fans though who are just your average gamers (who have at least played a normal rayman) in there life always pick out rayman 2, in fact Rayman 2 is the most loved, im so glad that rayman 3 is going to get more attention.Greenbottle3 wrote:Rayman 3 was my favorite in the trilogy.Rayfist090 wrote:An HD remake for rayman 3, aye? That sums up my point. Just imagine the disco surfing levels in HD! Holy shit.Master4lyf1 wrote:Admittedly, I also favour Rayman 2 from the whole trilogy, but I have always thought that Rayman 3 was and still is, a worthy sequel even if it doesn't surpass R2, thus, I am overjoyed Ubi gave Rayman 3 the opportunity to show itself in HD goodness once more...Rayfist090 wrote:To most non-rayman fans though who are just your average gamers (who have at least played a normal rayman) in there life always pick out rayman 2, in fact Rayman 2 is the most loved, im so glad that rayman 3 is going to get more attention.Greenbottle3 wrote:Rayman 3 was my favorite in the trilogy.Rayfist090 wrote:An HD remake for rayman 3, aye? And you have to admit, Rayman 3's graphics were jaw-dropping, imagine them in HD!

Does that really exist though? I remember reading an interview that said they weren't planning anything. I'll link it.RayTunes wrote:Wait. This better NOT be the 3D Rayman game they said was in development.
Haha, n00bz, all you have to do is go into the Rayman 3 configuration file in your Windows system directory and tell it what resolution to play at. I've been playing it in 1920x1080 with 32x QSAA (anti-aliasing) for the last few years.Rayfist090 wrote:Right? HD is a trophy on its own, it's better than all others combined.Rayfist090 wrote:Rayfan, Im a trophy whore, there is no trophies on the pcRayFan9876 wrote:Haha, n00bz, all you have to do is go into the Rayman 3 configuration file in your Windows system directory and tell it what resolution to play at. I've known that trick for quite some time (I have a YT vid on it if you don't believe me), but, the game wasn't designed for Widescreen, and I don't like the stretched out scoreboard and the screwed-up menus, I'd rather get the game which has HD textures, and native widescreen support.RayFan9876 wrote:[aha, n00bz, all you have to do is go into the Rayman 3 configuration file in your Windows system directory and tell it what resolution to play at.
