When ePSXe does not stutter when I'm playing Rayman 2.

When epsxe doesn't stutter on Rayman 1 or any other game

It only stutters on R2 so far for me, not any other game as far as I could see

I don't know what it is but even Rayman 1 won't go a steady 60fps for me. Retroarch works perfectly though. I do own the actual game of Rayman 1 but the PAL version is slow.

My computer is at least 100 times over the requirements

When there's a bridge in Rayman 1 that takes you from Pink Plant Woods to Mr. Dark's Dare.

When the heat causes your console to malfunction and your save in R3 ends up at TTOTL instead of Clearleaf Forest.

When you put Origins in your PS2 and it works perfect

When you play Legends on your phone.

When you can play the original Rayman on your Wii

When you can pla Rayman 3 on your Sega Dreamcast

When you can play Rayman 3 on Sega Saturn

When you can play Rayman 9 on the Switch

When you can play as Betilla in Rayman 1.

WHen you can play as Globox in Rayman 1.

When you can play as Murfy in Rayman 2.

When you can play as UbiArt Rayman in Rayman 1.
